Your comfort and enjoyment of the community you live in depends upon what you expect from and give to the community. Kings River Village Community Association (KRVCA) is a deed-restricted community. The deed restrictions, established by the developer, are intended to ensure a reliable set of expectations for the residents. To maintain the deed restrictions, the community has a board of seven volunteers, who are Kings River Village residents, who maintain oversight for the operation of the community.
